Through holistic therapy, aromatherapy, massage, and reflexology, I support women in navigating every stage of life, from menstrual cycles and fertility to pregnancy, motherhood, and beyond. By awakening the senses through sound, touch, and scent, I nurture balance, ease stress, and honour the natural rhythms of the body.
